    Refund policy

    US Orders

    Returns and refunds are accepted for US orders under the following conditions only:

    1. Dress Condition: The dress must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags, hangers, garment bags, and in the same box it was received in.
    2. Customization: The dress must not be customized or modified (as per customer’s request) in any way. It should match the original sample.
    3. Return Claim Period: You have 5 days from the date of receiving the dress to claim a return. Returns will not be accepted for claims made after this 5-day period.

    Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at sales@gattinollicouture.com.

    Return Charges: Returns are processed by Gattinolli by Marwan, and the following charges will be deducted from the refund amount:

      • $400 shipping cost (covering both forward and return shipping).
      • 4.25% payment gateway and processing charges.

    Refund Timeline: The refund process may take up to 30 days from the date of refund initiation. The refund amount will be credited back to the card used for the purchase.

    Sales of Gattinolli by Marwan products are final. We do not issue refunds. Our items are pre-ordered, thus not eligible for return or exchange.
